major project script (not finished)

Scene 1: a women is sitting in a cold dark room on a bed, she writing something on a photograph, she puts it down next to a digital clock that says 6:03 the photograph says “I’m sorry”, she picks up a knife and holds it to her chest, she raises her arms, they come down fast the room goes black and you hear a scream

 

Scene 2: Blake wakes up in a jolt of fear, sweat drops down his face, his digital clock says 7:30 you hear a loud angry voice coming from the other room.

 

                                   
                                                Blake’s dad
“BLAKE! GET UP…NOW!!!”

 

 

Blake in anger pulls out o photograph and whispers angrily to it

 

 

                                                Blake
“why the fuck didn’t you take me with you…your all I had!” 

 

 

                        Blake’s dad
“BLAKE!!!”

 

 

Blake puts the photograph down and you see him and the women in the first scene happy together, with the photograph in focus you see Blake walkout.

 

 

Scene 3: Blake walks into the kitchen and sits down, he see’s his father rushing around purposely not making eye contact.

 

 

                                                Blake
“dad can I talk to you”

 

 

 

Blake father stops puts his head down and turns around angrily

 

 

                                                Blake’s dad
“look, I do not have time for your problems Blake, I don’t have time for anything anymore now your mothers gone”

 

 

 

                                                Blake
“you didn’t have time when she was here”

 

 

                        Blake’s dad
“DON’T YOU DARE TALK TO ME LIKE THAT!”

 

 

Blake’s dad grabs Blake by the shirt and pulls him out of his chair

 

 

                                                Blake’s dad
“I loved your mother so much…”

 

 

            Blake
“…YOU DIDN’T HAVE TIME TO LOVE HER!! YOU WERE NEVER THERE FOR HER AND YOUR NEVER HERE FOR ME!!”

 

 

Blake’s dad pushes Blake into the kitchen table

 

 

                                                Blake’s dad
“I always made time for her, and I’m always there for you!”

 

 

Blake’s dad starts to walk out.

 

                                                Blake
                                             “bullshit”

 

Blake’s dad walks out of the house slamming the door

 

 

                                                Blake
                                         “BULLSHIT”

 

 

Blake sits on the kitchen chair puts his head in his hands and cries the room fades out

 

 

 

Scene 4: Blake is sitting in a schoolyard with his lunch in his hands, he’s not making eye contact with anyone around him, 3 boys come up to him

 

                                                Bully 1
“hey if it isn’t our friend Blake”

 

 

The boys chuckle and sit next to him

 

                                                Bully 2
“you gonna eat that Blake”

 

 

Blake doesn’t respond so bully 2 whacks his lunch out of his hands, Blake keeps his head down.

 

                                                Bully 3
“aww Blakey dropped his lunch are you gonna go cry to your mummy…oh that’s right you don’t have one”

 

The bullies laugh and taunt him some more but Blake has zoned out all he hears is mummers, he looks up and see’s a girl standing there staring at him, he sees her whisper something.

 

                                                Kat
                                           “Blake”

 

Her worried whisper is carried by the wind it’s all he hears through the school yard. But he looks away and the schoolyard fades out.

 

 

Scene 5: Blake is walking home he looks behinds him and sees the same girl from the schoolyard walking 10 meters behind, he walks into his yard and to the front door and looks over and sees the girl lives next door, see looks at him, he quickly turns away and walks inside.

 

Scene 6: you see Blake sitting in a cold dark room with a picture in his hand, he flips it over and sees written “I’m sorry” he puts it down next to the digital clock that reads 6:03, he grabs the knife puts it to his chest and says

“sorry isn’t good enough”

 

 

He raises his arms and brings them down sharply the room goes black and you hear a girl scream.

 

Scene 7: Kat wakes from the fright of what she just saw, she looks at her clock 7:30, she takes a deep breathe and whispers.

 

 

                                                Kat
“just a dream…”

 

 

 

You hear a happy voice coming from the other room

 

 

                                                Kat’s mum
“KAT, GET UP TIME FOR SCHOOL!”

 

 

Kat shakes her head and gets into her usual happy mood and walks out of the room.

 

 

Scene 8: Kat walks into the kitchen and sits down opposite her mother who is finishing her last sip of coffee.

 

 

                                                Kat
“hey mum I had the weirdest most real feeling dream last night…it was about the boy next door, what’s his name…Blake!”

 

           
                                                Kat’s mum
Giggles “really…well you can tell me all about it when I get home tonight, but now I need to rush”

 

 

                                                Kat
“ok mum see you tonight”

 

 

Kat’s mum walks out and Kat sit’s at the kitchen table while the room fades out.

 

 

Scene 9: Kat walks through the schoolyard, she sees her 2 friends in the distance and starts to walk over happily until she hears something, something familiar, she looks around, it’s Blake just like in her dream, she stops and watches, she sees the bully hit his lunch out his hands and on to the ground as in her dream, Bake lifts his head and stares at her, she lets out a worried whisper

 

                                                Kat
         “Blake”

 

He puts his head down again and suddenly Kat is snapped out of her daydream by her two friends

 

                                                Friend 1
                        “What’s taken so long…What were you staring at?”

 

 

Friend 2
“looked like your mind was somewhere else”

 

 

                                                Kat
“on nothing just dozed off I guess”

 

 

                                                Friend 1
            “looked like you were staring at that loner over there”

 

                                                Kat
“loner?… oh you mean Blake, nah of course not, you know he has lived next to me for so long and he doesn’t even know I exist”

 

                       
                                                Friend 2
            “Kat that’s a good thing, you wouldn’t want him to notice you, look at him he always looks so…depressed”

 

                                                Kat
“hmm…anyways let’s go”

 

 

                                                Friends 1
                                               “finally!”

 

The three girls walk off and the schoolyard fades out.

7 step outline


Spider man analysis

The setup: Peter Parker is nerdy high school student who lives with his uncle and aunt; he is into photography and is in love with the girl next door Mary Jane.

 

Inciting incident: While on a school trip to the Curtis Connors Science Center Peter is bitten by a genetically modified Super Spider, he wake’s up the next morning wakes up with super spider powers. He chooses a life to fight crime with a secret identity of super man after his uncle was killed. Norman Osborn takes a performance enhancing drug and turns into the Green Goblin, sees Peter as a threat and wants to kill him. Mary Jane and Harry Osborn are seeing each other.

 

Act 2 Turning Point: Goblin offers Spiderman a partnership but he refuses, spider man and goblin fight and Spiderman receives a cut on his arm, while Norman is at thanks giving with Peter, see’s the cut and realizes peter is Spiderman. Mary Jane and Harrys relationship ends  

 

Mid-Point: Goblin tries to get to Spider man through Mary and gives Peter the choice of saving Mary or saving a lot of people on a trolley car along the Roosevelt Bridge

 

Act 2 Turning Point: Spiderman saves both Mary Jane and the people in the trolley car, the pedestrians pelt Goblin with debris and delay him from his attempts to kill Spiderman.

 

Act 3 Turning Point: Goblin throws Spiderman into a abandoned Building, they fight, Goblin almost wins until he Threatens Mary Jane, Spiderman is enraged and finds strength

 

Resolution: Goblin tries to kill Spiderman with his jet glider but instead kills himself.
